Diana Naaman

Born 1933 in London, Diana grew up in Bournemouth. She came to live in Israel in 1954 via a year of national service of the Zionist Youth Movement, the Usha group. Diana began work in the business world at the age of 17 and retired in 2000 at age 65 after almost 20 years at the American Embassy where she was in charge of Embassy shipping matters. Her hobbies are photography and travel. On a personal level, she married Isaac Cohen in Moshav Timorim in 1955 - he fell in the Sinai Campaign in 1956 when Diana was in her 8th month of pregnancy. She remarried in 1961, to Joe Naaman, who passed away in 1994. From 1960 to 2003 she lived in Ramat Gan, and today lives in Netanya.
